1. Upright Post |
Upright posts shall be made of galvanised round pipe or aluminium coated with PEF ultra violet polyester. All O.D. for posts shall be of min. 89mm whereas, O.D. for Kidz Zone Series posts shall be of 64mm.
2. Metal Deck

3. Rotational Molded Polyethylene |
All rotational moulded play components such as tube slide and slides are of rotationally moulded linear medium density polyethylene consisting of ultra violet (UV) stabilizers and colour impregnation with an average thickness of 5mm. |

4. Roof
4.1. Perforated Steel Panel Roof
Roof shall be fabricated from powder coated perforated steel
panel supported by
galvanized powder coated steel frame.
4.2. Multi Colour Plastic Panel Roof
Roof shall be fabricated from high density polyethylene (HDPE)
panels of minimum 5mm to 12mm supported by galvanized
powder coated steel frame.
4.3. Combination of Steel and Plastic Roof
Combination of the above 2 materials.
5. Spring Play Equipment
5.1. Spring Rider
Spring coils shall be of 19.6mm thick and O.D. at 140mm with its height at 400mm; galvanized and coated with PEF ultra violet polyester powder coating. The body of the spring riders shall be fabricated from 10mm to 12mm thick high density polyethylene (HDPE) panels. |

5.2. Seesaw
Spring coils shall be of 18mm thick and O.D. at 140mm with
its height at 350mm; galvanized and coated with PEF ultra
violet polyester powder coating. The steel beam of the
seesaw shall be fabricated from galvanized and PEF ultra

6. Swing
Swing beam shall be fabricated from steel hollow sections of 38mm x 76mm while swing legs shall be of 38mm steel posts; all galvanized and PEF ultra violet polyester powder coated. Swing chains shall be of stainless steel and belt seats are of steel plate covered with slash proof EPDM. |

7. Plastic Panel |
All plastic panels shall be of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and thickness varies
from 10mm to 15mm depending on application. All panels consist of UV stabilizers and
colour impregnation to maintain durability and colour fastness against the toughest
climate and condition. |

8. Hardware & Fastener
All hardware & fastener (bolts, nuts, screws, washers and etc.) used shall be of tampered resistant stainless steel. Exposed hardware shall be covered with ultra violet stabilized plastic safety cap as a safety feature against protruding hardware, aesthetic pleasing against ugly exposed hardware and prevention against vandalism as well. |
